St Hugh’s Church Administration Manager
Hours: 9:15am – 2.15pm Monday to Friday (flexible)
Pay: £14,300(subject to experience) Workplace Pension
Accountable to:Vicar and Church Wardens

Person Specification
To help us fulfil our aims, we are looking for an Admin Manager to work closely with our Vicar, Curate and other members of staff and PCC to fulfil our vision through engagement, prayer and interaction with church members, voluntary groups and community networks.
You should have a deep Christian faith; great interpersonal skills and excellent administrative abilities to oversee the various elements of this role.Your people skills will enable you to smooth ruffles, encourage ability and support the vulnerable in our midst.
We would consider a job share for this post. Or if the right person comes with other pastoral or ministry gifts, we would consider increasing this role to a full time one. We are also prayerfully and actively seeking candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds.
