Job Description

APWireless, a Radius company and leading telecom investor, is seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Paisley Scotland. This is a Monday - Friday in office role with some ability flexibility to work from home on an ad hoc basis.

This position is primarily responsible for supporting and contributing to the acquisition and marketing teams. This position will also use various online databases to enhance our data and assist the marketing team in their campaigns.


The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
