We are a North London-based property management company established in 2008 and are looking to expand our organisation.
We specialise in Guaranteed Rental properties in London . An ideal candidate would be someone detail-oriented and proactive who can take on an Administrative Executive position in our team. This role will need someone who can handle a variety of tasks related to property management. They will be responsible for tenant and landlord communications as well as daily account management.
Other Key Responsibilities Include:
Administrative Duties:
· Renew and prepare tenancy agreements, negotiate rents, and update our CRM system.
· Handle email and telephone inquiries from landlords and tenants.
· Prepare, send, and manage tenancy agreements and legal notices.
New Property Management:
· Complete new property checklists and archive old files.
· Communicate with landlords for property details and updates.
· Update property information on various platforms.
· Enrol properties in management systems and renew certifications.
· Manage landlord contact details.
Basic accounts:
· Process and receipt rents
· Manage contractor payments and mark invoices as paid.
· Adjust council invoices for new properties or cancellations.
· Reconcile invoices and handle any discrepancies.
