Within the Wireline Services division of Baker Hughes Oil Field Services and Equipment. Designing and manufacturing of a diverse range of electromechanical instruments. Wireline Downhole tools that operate in deep oil & gas wells under extremely harsh environments.

The Service Support Administrator will join a small dynamic team which is part of Sondex Wireline Limited which in turn is a Baker Hughes owned business, the successful candidate will be involved with many aspects of a business including financials, utilisation, logistics, stock management, travel support and documentation and improvement projects, this role includes a wide variety of business activities.
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that health and safety is the first priority. Including both company employees and those of suppliers & customers who may visit the department.
  • Working with the Service Manager and Customer Support Team to manage revenue tracking and billing documents. and collating and presenting data for services revenue, costs, profitability and tool utilisation
  • Working with the Service Manager on systems and documentation that links the departments within Farnborough to enable timely and accurate preparation and execution of equipment mob/demob
  • Implementing improvement projects this could involve updating documentation to support equipment maintenance, testing, field processes, mobilisation and billing.
  • Managing stock levels and support our engineers to ensure stock levels accuracy and upkeep.
