Job Description

A local Midlands authority are looking for an Administrator to assist the Team with project work relating to scheduling and communications, in support of the Schools ICT service.

The role will be responsible for co-ordinating visits relating to projects carried out by the School's ICT service
Duties to include:
Scheduling technician visits to school's
Organising meetings with school's and technical staff
Providing information to school's relating to upgrades and changes to systems
Liaising with suppliers to follow up schedules of work
Collating information from data provided from schools and providing to supplier
Responding to questions from School's ICT customers
35:00 (hr:min) hours per week:
Monday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
