Job summary We are recruiting for Admin Support Education Centre who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. We are looking for candidates that have the ability to work to tight timescales and use their initiative. You will be joining our dedicated and friendly admin team at Cancer Services at the Mount Vernon. In addition, you will receive a High Cost Area Supplement of15% of basic salary,subject to a minimum payment of £4,314 and a maximum payment of £5,436 Our Values are Include, Respect and Improve. Main duties of the job Support the education centre on a range of admin activities.You will support trust wellbeing eventsCommunicate tactfully with staff and deal with enquiries where there are barriers of understanding.You will deal with queries over the telephone and face to face throughout the day.You will need to be flexible to assist/cover education team duties during busy periods, sickness and annual leave About us At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, we are proud of the range of general and specialist services we provide and our 6,000 or so dedicated staff ensure our patients get the best care.
