Brook Street are delighted to be in partnership with Network Rail supporting recruitment for a Workforce Development Centre Administrator.
The Role:
The Temporary Worker will provide routine administrative support for training delivery at training development centres.
Duties:
-Covering Reception when required.
-Filling.
-Working on Excel spreadsheets.
-Responsible for providing front line customer interface service at development centre.
-Provide details of forthcoming training course attendees to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and -Workforce Development Specialists.
-Set up training rooms for forthcoming training courses
-Responsible for the input of results into OLM from the end of course assessments
The package / what is on offer?:
Assignment: Temporary Until the end of August 2023
Rate of Pay: £12.64
Hours: Monday - Friday (Mon to Thurs 8am to 15:45 & Friday 8am to 14:30)
Location: Labert FK5 4AW
Working arrangements: Fully office based
Parking on site.

-Customer focused and have strong customer service skills.
-Flexible and dedicated.
-Good at communicating with different people and listening.
-Strong Administration skills
-Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to pass a BASIC DBS check.
