This position ensures that clinical practices align with both organisational and national guidelines for complex care clients in a community setting. Key responsibilities include identifying and managing risks associated with client care, and implementing necessary precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff and clients. The role also involves enforcing all relevant health, safety, security, and risk policies. Every day you will... Conduct initial holistic nursing assessments in collaboration with Service Users, their families, and Carers. Identify and manage risks as part of client care provision. Develop both standard and bespoke Risk Management plans for clients, ensuring any high-risk issues are escalated and addressed promptly. Collaborate with other stakeholders to plan, monitor, and review the effectiveness of implemented plans. Maintain daily records, including incident and accident reports, while adhering to confidentiality policies and handling information appropriately. Conduct investigations for any incidents or complaints. Audit documentation regularly and escalate any concerns to the Clinical Nurse Manager. What's in it for you?
