£57,349 - £68,525 per annum + 7 weeks annual leave
Benefit from working as a Advanced Nurse Practitioner within a vibrant and happy, practice. Work alongside a tight knit, very supportive and morally driven team who put patients first. This practice is passionate about inclusion health and are signed up to the ‘Homeless Friendly’ charter. Overall, however, their demographic is predominantly mixed.
The Surgery:
• Purpose built heath centre all on one level
• Daily huddles
• Part of a highly skilled clinical team
• Highly regarded, Good CQC and high QOF scorers
• Well-organised, efficient admin team
• Teaching practice for medical students, physician associates and nurses
• Very friendly and supportive team. Everybody has each other’s back
Your Role:
• Full time ANP
• A mixture or telephone and face to face appointments, mostly face-to-face
• Traditional duties minor illness, acute, urgent on the day appointments
• 15 minute appointment times + dedicated admin time
• 2x Home Visits daily
• Opportunity to develop special areas of interest
