The role is looking for a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience who has a specialist interest in chronic disease. You will have the chance to see smears, wounds, baby and child immunisations, dressings, diabetes, and more!
Salary - £48,000-£50,000 per annum + NHS pension + 28 days annual leave + BH

Your role -
Part-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner
A mixture or telephone and face to face appointments, mostly face-to-face
Traditional duties minor illness, on the day, signing off students
