Background -
Here is the chance to join a highly reputable, very high CQC and QOF achieving training Practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
The practice prides themselves in having a highly tight-knit team throughout with excellent support throughout the practice and strive to work together to provide a very high level of service. This is just a single site practice with a very strong staff retention rate, no home visits and no extended hours.
An opportunity to join a practice that encourages specialisms. Provides excellent GP support and offering a welcoming working environment.
Salary - £48,500 - £54,600 per annum FTE + 5 weeks leave + BH + NHS pension
Location - Waterlooville area

Your role -
FT or PT Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Own Patient lists
Oversee minor illness, minor injuries acute on the day appointments
Deliver quality patient care
Develop specialisms if beneficial to practice - training will be provided
