Salary - £40,000 - £65,000 per annum FTE + NHS pension + Five Weeks Annual Leave

Your role -
* Full-time, Advanced Nurse Practitioner
* Working autonomously
* 15 Minute appointments
* Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
* Telephone and video consultations
* Acute and same day presentations
* Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
