Salary - £47,014.50 - £54,210.00 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role -
Full time Prescribing Practitioner
Deliver exceptional levels of care
Utilise your prescribing qualification
Telephone and face-to-face appointments
Home visits
Work part as the duty team
Focus on acute on the day appointments, minor illness, minor injuries
