About you
As aANP working inOOH,you’ll betreating patientsface-to-faceorvia TelephoneTriagewiththeflexibilityto choose whether you’d like to do this in one of ourPrimary Care Centresas abase shift,or at thepatient’sownhomeas part of ourhome visiting shifts.
Additional Role Information
The OOH service is open from6.30pm – 8am Monday – Friday, and24 hoursover theweekends, with various shifts on offer between these times. You will also have the flexibility to choose when you would like to work in order to fit in with your lifestyle.
Requirements
• Recent experience as an advanced nurse practitioner in a primary/urgent care environment, with a proven ability to see, treat and discharge patients of all ages with unscheduled presentations.
• A patient assessment qualification, independent prescribing qualification and NMC PIN.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with good IT and keyboard skills.
• Up to date with all your compliancy documentations including mandatory training.
