Salary - £31k per annum

Full time - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Hybrid Working - 3 days in office / 2 days working from home.

Tate are delighted to be working alongside one of the UK's leading airports to recruit for a Permanent Advertising and Media Account Executive to join their team in Hounslow.

The primary function of the Advertising and Media Account Executive is to support the Senior Account Manager and Account Manager in working with our media partners along with internal stakeholders to maximise sales, income, and passenger experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and fault resolution: of 1500 Advertising and Media assets ensure our sites are always looking great. This includes checking for faults, damage, cleanliness, and content scheduling and resolving obstructions that block the line of sight and working with our partners to resolve.
  • Planned maintenance: leading and planning all asset maintenance for the advertising estate. Reviewing inspection reports, ensuring appropriate action is taken with any non-compliance.
  • Monitoring of the media operations budget - monthly reporting, annual forecasting and budget planning, exploring ways to drive cost efficiency in all our maintenance contracts.
  • Reviewing advert creatives and booking requests - many adverts need to be reviewed to ensure they meet our advertising guidelines. New concepts for advertising need to receive internal approval before they can go ahead. The successful applicant will oversee this process, acting as a first point of contact and collating feedback.
  • Event support - assist with operationally setting up new media agencies and supporting our partners to ensure any adverting events run smoothly. Being the first point of contact for events planning and acting as a conduit for all operational queries such as ID process or parking.

Skills and Experience

  • A strong interest in the Advertising industry, including the OOH (out of home) market.
  • IT skills: highly proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Process driven: demonstrable history of using continuous improvement to streamline process to maximise efficiency and cost.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills: being able to engage with internal and external stakeholders in a commercial and operational environment.
  • Ability to deliver challenging and demanding targets as well as being able to identify new tactical opportunities to grow revenues.
  • Highly self-motivated and team player
