Currently the business is sitting at 120 heads, with a large presence in the Northeast.
In October 2023 they launched an international search hub in Leeds, since then it’s grown by 15 and they see no signs of slowing down.

Last quarter the international search team billed 300% of their target, the manager of their team is a personal £700k biller, surrounding yourself with high players like this will undoubtedly improve your skillset.
Their aim is to grow the Leeds office to 30 heads by the end of the year, getting your foot in the door now means you’ll not only be a solid foundation in their growth plans, but you’ll be fast tracked to management level.
