We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team and get on board and assist with all aspects of our affiliate and lead-gen campaigns. You will be joining our team on the road to rapidly growing our size. 


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Planning, implementing and tracking campaigns.
  • Track performance of campaigns and revenue targets. 
  • Regularly analyse the effectiveness of our marketing activities and deliver reports for the purpose of communicating with clients on performance. 
  • Identifying key partners and working closely with them to build solid relationships to generate business growth.
  • Building relationships with new partners, clients & affiliate networks.
  • Being proactive to find new campaigns from networks, agencies and brands.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Contributing to support and grow the overall growth of our community with a clear focus on traffic & revenue contribution to the company.
  • Manage a team of external contractors who help us to find more clients.

  • Work calmly under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
  • Equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with clients to manage campaigns and performance 
  • Highly motivated to achieve commercial targets


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 

  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation. 
  • Be educated to a degree level (preferably in Business and/or Marketing related subjects).
  • Have a proactive and result-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Show a keen interest in performance-based marketing.
  • Have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously - a real self-starter
