Job Description
This role represents an excellent opportunity to join a successful iGaming operator in an affiliate / acquisition marketing capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and delivering the overall affiliate strategy ensuring the program continues to evolve and remain competitive.
- Creating and nurturing key affiliate relationships with new partners to generate growth.
- Setting up, running, monitoring and optimising agreements, as well as analysing ROI benchmarks and suggesting improvements to existing campaigns to help grow acquisition efforts.
- Create and communicate clear, data-driven reports across the senior team.
- Negotiate, develop, and analyze new and ongoing affiliate contracts and deals to maintain revenue and growth targets in line with KPIs.
- Ensure brand is represented adequately in the affiliate sites including the monitoring of reviews and trackers.
Requirements:
- Experience managing affiliate programs within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, including partner recruitment and performance optimization.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with affiliates and stakeholders.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organization, adept at meeting tight deadlines and adapting to industry shifts.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented, skilled in data analysis for program optimization.
