We have raised more than $8m+ to date to build the one stop shop for all your financial life. Our investors include Connect Ventures (investor in Curve, TrueLayer and CityMapper), Kima Ventures, one of the first in Transferwise, and Aglaé Ventures, early stage fund of the Groupe Arnault, investor in Netflix and Airbnb.
Alongside them, several angel investors, who have built and sold industry leading companies have decided to take part into this journey.

Responsibilities
- Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisations
- Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customers
- Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app
- Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting
- Working with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales role
- An excellent understanding of digital data analytics
- You want to be part of an amazing team
- You are excited by what we're building at Emma and have an interest in budgeting

Our process:
1) Phone call with Edoardo
2) Take-home test
3) 2nd call with Edoardo & a member of the marketing team
4) Onsite interview with Edoardo & Antonio
To facilitate communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office Monday to Friday and this is not a hybrid role. If you are not able to commit, please don't apply. We are not flexible.
