Role: After Sales Manager Salary £30,000 - £50,000 Location: Dungannon Connexus UK are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) manufacturing, known for innovation and excellence. As an Aftersales Manager, you will drive excellence in the customer care and aftercare services. You will ensure continuous improvement, support customers effectively, and develop your teams competencies. Your innovative approach and commitment to our core values, People, Innovation, Partnership & Efficiency will be key to achieving business goals. About the job: Leadership: Inspire trust and act with integrity, humility, and honesty. Develop and implement strategic business plans for customer care & aftercare. Provide clear direction, motivation, support, and feedback to your team. Set and maintain best-in-class standards and practices across service teams. Team Management: Lead the Customer Care Service Team, ensuring timely and professional handling of customer accounts and issues. Champion a "safety first" culture at all customer sites and within the factory. Continuous Improvement: Report weekly warranty cost data & critical issues to Senior Leadership. Facilitate quarterly product improvement discussions with Engineering & Production. Engage with the Commercial Team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Customer Experience: Lead projects to enhance customer experience, including developing training programs and consolidating technical support and warranty tracking on Salesforce. Ensure data integrity within the Salesforce CRM platform. About you: Higher Education Degree in a technical discipline desirable. Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Care. Strongtechnicalknowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proven leadershipskills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer relationship skills with a service-oriented approach. Proficiency in Salesforceand Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive, PowerPoint). Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver sustainableservice levels. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Skills: Mechanical Engineering Hydraulics Electrical Engineering Customer Skills leadership skills.
