Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Agile Delivery Manager to lead a team of developers and DevOps engineers through high-impact Agile transformations on a contract basis. This critical role, which falls outside of IR35, involves managing project timelines, ensuring Agile best practices are adhered to, and facilitating all Agile events.
As an Agile leader, you will be pivotal in driving the delivery of technology solutions that meet both our strategic goals and customer needs. Your extensive experience with tools like Jira and Confluence will support effective tracking and reporting of project progress through burndown charts and other Agile metrics.
- Proven experience in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects.
- Expertise in creating and interpreting burndown charts to monitor sprint progress.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring developers and DevOps engineers in an Agile setting.
- Adept at organising and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
