Roc Search`s client is market disruptive Fintech start-up who are changing the way that Banks operate with customers. They have created a platform where information is shared. Their platform is an eco-system that brings businesses and banks together.
They are backed by a top tier bank who are also one of they clients. Their first product has recently gone into production and they have some really interesting work this year which needs the right delivery practices in place to help the business grow.
They require an experienced Agile focused Delivery Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will involve running the company`s DevOps board (Tickets, User Stories) Continuous Deployment/Improvements, and enforcing agile into the team, managing Project Delivery and working with clients and stakeholders
If you have a technical background then that would be a plus, but not essential. As long as you have experience in MS Office, Azure Devops and Agile. This is a great chance to get into a Fintech company who are growing rapidly.
