We are seeking a Lead AI engineer to join a well funded startup at the forefront of AI innovation, pushing the limits of machine learning and neural network scalability. This client is pioneering advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and performance in large-scale AI operations.
The ideal candidate will be a vital part of a pioneering team in AI innovation, working with cutting-edge AI models and state-of-the-art resources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct R&D on Tensor Fragments for optimized GPU distribution.
- Minimize network bandwidth, memory use, and I/O impact on compute latency.
- Integrate Tensor Fragments into AI models with cross-functional teams.
- Develop resource management strategies for diverse GPU clusters.
- Document and publish research findings.
- Stay updated on LLM industry trends and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in LLM operations and deep understanding of LLMs and LLMOps
- Extensive R&D background in AI or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in algorithms and high-performance computing.
- Desirable: Experience with GPU computing, CUDA optimization, and distributed computing environments.
