£45,000 +
Core Hours – Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00
Paid Door 2 Door + Van

Responsibilities
- You will be completing day to day maintenance, PPMs and reactive work across the south portfolio.
- You will be working on a mix of contracts such as Universities, office buildings and private hospitals.
- 50% remedial works replacing parts along with Servicing.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in air conditioning units promptly.
- Small amount of Installation of Air conditioning systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Ensuring that all jobs re completed to the highest standards and in line with company expectations.
- You will work in line with Health and safety working closely with other engineers and sub-contractors when needed.
- Proven experience as a AC Engineer or similar role within the HVAC industry.
- Technical qualifications, must hold F-Gas and other related qualifications with Pasma and I Path a huge advantage.
- Proficient in reading and interrupting technical diagrams and manuals with strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable using handheld devices for logging.
- Full UK driver's license with strong customer service skills.
