My client is just outside Witney in Oxfordshire and have been in existence for over 30 years, starting out mainly repairing refrigeration units, cold rooms and soon also began installing air conditioning units.
Our clients range from Hospitals, Schools, Universities, MOD sites to Formula One Race Teams and Commercial Business, Retail Outlets, Pubs and Clubs.
We do not work for large supermarkets and focus more on local customers, therefore very little time working away from home or travelling long distances.
Our ideal candidate will have good experience and knowledge of VRV/VRFs, alongside standard split systems.
Hours of work generally are 8am to 5pm although you are often required to start earlier in order to get to site for an 8am start.
We also ask you to join our weekend call out rota, which currently works out 1 in 10, there is additional pay for these weekends.
We would expect you to have at least two years experience as an installation air conditioning engineer and have your FGas Certificate.
This position is for a First Person who can coordinate work between him/herself and a Second Person and progress the job to its end.
Attention to detail is important along with a tidy working environment.
You should have a full, clean driving licence, At least 2 years experience on installation of Air Conditioning Systems, a confident outlook, be able to work as part of a friendly team, have experience enough to problem solve.
