Position: Air Freight Coordinator
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days wfh

As an Air Freight Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing the smooth transportation of goods across Air Freight - making sure it's cost-effective and reliable. ????????
Role:
- Coordinating Import/ Export shipments from start to finish using Air freight
- Working with clients and carriers to choose the best routes and modes based on cost and time
- Negotiating rates with customers to ensure competitive pricing
- Handling the paperwork including bills, customs forms, and contracts
- Monitoring shipments and update clients
- Ensuring customs requirements are met
- Build great relationships with clients
- Find ways to improve our transportation process
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience in Air Freight
- Know the ins and outs of shipments, including hazardous goods.
- Understand customs procedures and paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with shipping terms.
- Able to meet deadlines and work with customers.
- Cargowise (Desirable)
