Capgemini Engineering is looking for multiple Senior Design Engineers to join our team. The scope of responsibilities could cover the entire project or a module of the project, and the team size varies accordingly. This includes the responsibility for the checking of all applicable mechanical design work to meet company, airframer, regulatory and customer requirements.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

• Work towards achieving design signatory status
• Responsible for the management and control of daily attendance, holidays for your team including absence management

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
