Job Description
We are looking for an Amada Press brake setter / operator to join our established company located in North Kent.
Ideally you will be experienced in the setting up and operating of Amada CNC multi axis Press brakes (or similar) including multi sequential folds.
The ability to work from CAD drawings and sketches to program and to check the accuracy of your work is a must.
You will have a good understanding of sheet metal fabrication and laser/punch manufacturing in mild steel, stainless steel and other metals.
Motivation and a good work ethic will fit well with our team, in which management is also hands on.
Pay from £31,000 pa (£15 per hour) for a 40-hour week – Monday to Friday - negotiable with experience.
Part time would also be considered.
Regular paid overtime at time and a half.
5 weeks paid holiday.
