About the Company:
- Based in Clerkenwell, Skill Capital is an advisory business (capital raising, due diligence, headhunting, deal origination) working with the largest private equity investors in the world including multi-strategy and pure-play PE funds, pension funds, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.
- Our bespoke business model has evolved over time in conversation with our clients who see us as a specialist advisor to the private equity industry (established 1998).
The Role:
- Researching industries, companies, and management teams
- Supporting the development of new long-term relationships with C-suite executives
- Creating pitch documentation associated with LBO opportunities all over the world.
Qualifications:
- Excellent degree in any academic subject from a top university (e.g. finance, business, economics, engineering, history, languages, etc)
- Financially astute (or has a proven interest to learn) with 6-18 months experience working in a relevant industry (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking / corporate finance or any relevant professional service)
- We are looking for someone who is high-energy, personable, collaborative and curious, with strong attention to detail, to join our highly entrepreneurial, supportive and close-knit team
Process:
- Up to three 60 min first stage interviews
- 120 min final interview and case study session
