What you'll do

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Analyst to join our Online & Omnichannel team. Within this role you will be responsible for evaluating and optimising performance of the various marketing channels across our digital estate. Providing comprehensive and robust analysis of online customer behaviour which will drive both tactical development and strategic focus.

  • Drive in-week marketing optimisations by analysing and interpreting trends and making channel specific recommendations for change.
  • Use multiple platforms, datasets, and tools (SQL Server, Adobe, Power BI) to produce robust marketing insights.
  • Develop key analysis into customer acquisition, customer retention and customer lifetime value, using the insights to drive marketing strategy.
  • Understand latest market trends and interrogate market data to drive M&S strategy and trade performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to test and optimise marketing activity across Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates), Brand Marketing and CRM.
  • Translate data into action-oriented insight to deliver a clear story to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Digital Marketing and CRM analytics, leveraging new data sources and techniques to push the technical capabilities of the team.
  • Work as part of a dynamic analytics team to shape the digital analytics data architecture (i.e. best practice, policies and KPI definitions).
  • Champion and embed self-serve practices across the business to enable business users to access and understand key metrics by delivering training and guided analytical support.

Who you are

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mind set and skills, specifically demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to process data from various sources in an organised and logical manner. Possess excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated individual, with excellent communication skills who is keen to learn within a team, with strong organisational skills and attention for detail.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation practices.
  • SQL skills essential.
  • Experience in digital marketing analysis an advantage.
