ASB Officer vacancy waiting to be filledVenn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position availablePosition: ASB Officer Location: Oldham Rate: - £ p/h Umbrella Rate (Depemdant on Experience ) Hours: hours p/week Length: 3 Months - with liklihood of extension The role will predominantly involve: Identifying, investigating, and dealing with breaches of legislation.Leading on serious ASB investigations, coordinating a multi-agency response.Building relationships with local enforcement partners and statutory organizations.Ensuring safeguarding issues are addressed as part of a multi-agency approach.Preparing and enforcing legal notices under relevant legislation.Following up on informal and formal actions, ensuring progress is tracked.
