UST Application Engineer - London
UST is recruiting for an Application Engineer with Ivanti Application Control experience, to join our team in London. The Application Engineer will be a part of both the Information Security and Global Application Packaging and Release teams. Your responsibilities will include implementing an Ivanti Application Control solution to a live environment of 5000+ users with the aim of elevating the security posture of the company. This will also include troubleshooting application issues on user's VDI. You will be expected to adhere to standard processes and follow directions from the application team lead. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a strong focus on the productivity and high-quality standards of the User Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Ivanti Application Control audit logs
- Liaise with Information Security and understand requirements
- Implement Application whitelisting rules
- Liaise with users and secure UAT signoff
- Follow a global application delivery strategy
- Work closely with application team lead to ensure that the requirements are fully understood to support the application packaging lifecycle
- Operate in a global team to support the global desktop estate
- Application packaging and release expertise
- Perform various reports required for tracking the department's productivity
- Work closely with the Global Desktop Engineering team to continue to deliver a consistent user experience
- Follow next-generation Applications Delivery with high levels of automation
What you will bring:
- Prior experience in working on Ivanti Application Control and implementing application whitelisting in a production environment of 1000+ users
- Prior experience implementing Application whitelisting in Market Data Applications
- Have a history of working in a mission-critical environment
- Background in financial services or similar regulated industry preferred
- The ability to create high-quality documentation for Application whitelisting rules
- Experience supporting large and complex applications, specifically VDI
- Experience in working on large complex desktop transformation programs
- Knowledge sharing within the team
- QA experience
