Our team works with software, infrastructure and business teams to ensure potential risks to our systems are addressed as early as possible during development. The role within the Team While the role will at times focus on specific software or tools, all Application Security team members must excel at summarising and communicating software vulnerabilities and their risks quickly to any layer of the business. You will need to research new technology and processes while also ensuring that older systems continue to adhere to our security requirements. What you’ll doOverseeour GitLab development pipeline, getting security practices embedded into a practical shift-left culture.Configuring our WAF and security defences.Communicating security across the business: technical details and management summaries.Development and architecture teams to model threats and security best practices.Who we’re looking for?You’re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
