Job Description
We are working with a growing business who are looking to grow their Application Support team with an additional Application Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity as they are embarking on a large scale D365 implementation and looking to upskill their Application Support team.
Plenty of opportunity for progression as they continue to grow out their group function. Ideally looking for someone with experience within Application Support with ERP's or CRM support alongside some in-house bespoke applications.
What will you be doing as an Application Support Analyst?
Provide 1st to 3rd line application support for key business application solutions across the group including CRM/ERP/Service/Financial systems.
Handle data including migrations and integrations
Support implementation of system changes and upgrades in line with a change control process.
Liaise with 3rd party application vendors to provide swift implementation or resolution of issues or projects which cannot be resolved by the in-house IT team.
Support and maintain basic applications.
Take part in group-based projects working with key stakeholders across multiple internal companies to provide the best-in-class application solutions.
What experience do you need as an Application Support Analyst?
3 years experience within an Application Support Analyst role or similar.
Experience supporting ERP's / CRM
Experience with SQL and Databases
Good organisational skills with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong knowledge in the extended O365 suite including SharePoint, Power Automate/Flow, PowerApps

This role is based in Stonehouse and is commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Bristol, Swindon, Worcester.
