In this role you will be joining an active and collaborative helpdesk where will be providing Application and Software Support the clients range of esteemed clients. This will involve resolving support tickets, fixing SQL queries, as well as upgrading and maintaining the bespoke systems.
This role would suit an Application Support Specialist looking for a new role where they can rapidly progress their skillset and career, while being provided with top of the range training opportunities in a well-established, global company.
The Role:
Progressing and resolving Support tickets
Installing new systems and upgrading and patching existing ones
Providing specialised Support on the companies bespoke Software
Speaking with and understanding their requirements
The Person:
Experience providing Application/Software Support
Experience with SQL Server
Background working in a client facing role
