Application Support Engineer
Up to £45,000 per annum
Fully remote in South West, travel to Bristol, Cardiff and Swansea

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Customer support – triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues whilst communicating with both technical and non-technical users
- Software Testing - Document and report software issues, defects, and improvements to the development team.
- Technical Expertise - Develop a deep understanding of the software products
Previous Tech knowledge:
- SQL
- Jira/Gitlab
- Azure - bonus
