As an Application Support Engineer in PCCW Global, you will be required to:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
- Provide technical support of application usage to users within the organization
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Handle procurement process to acquire new software or renew existing subscription
- Liaise with vendor for system maintenance arrangement
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Experience in application support
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Experience in application vendor management
- Ability to explain system concept to users with limited IT and system knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-Motivated and a good team player
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology is a plus
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
