An Application Support Manager who has a strong background and experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics is urgently required by a Milton Keynes based client. Being an important member of the IT Support Team, you will provide your expertise on Microsoft Dynamics bridging the gap between IT and the stakeholder management team. The Dynamics Support Manager will have a background in a similar rolemanaging customer service and stakeholder expectations relating to production systems. You will have solid background in IT systems and strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics). In addition, you will have - Experienced in defining and implementing service improvement plans to incremental improve services. Experience in relationship management with customers, suppliers, and staff from Director level to operational roles. Excellent interpersonal skills and can translate technical language or issues for non-technical colleagues.
