Location: Manchester
Hybrid: minimum 6 days per month in office
Salary: £40-60k
Enterprise Applications Analyst with strong experience of M365 and teams required by a global Law Firm based in Manchester. Experience with iManage highly advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity, with hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days a week in the office), paying up to £60k (dependant on experience).
Skills / experience required:
- iManage experience highly advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of M365 and MS Teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Previous 2nd/3rd line support experience
- Experience working in a similar professional services environment (e.g. Law Firm, Accountancy, Financial Services, Insurance, etc)
Key responsibilities:
- Support design implementation and maintenance of enterprise software application platforms
- Proposing upgrades and additional software solutions that will benefit the firm
- Troubleshooting software problems
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software for users; making recommendations for optimal use
- Assisting in creating of training materials and delivery of training regarding specialised applications.
