Our technical expertise is core to our business, helping us to innovate and bring exciting concepts to reality. We are now looking for an Applications Engineer to work at our brand new site on the Questor Estate, Dartford within the Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing exceptional customer service and a proactive approach
• Product application and technical support to customers and colleagues on exciting and new product development, biased to Aftermarket & Fleet business throughout Brigade Group.
• Troubleshooting and customer support
• Applications engineering
• Preparation of application documentation including CAD technical drawings, specifications, and installation instructions
• In house assembly/modification of products
• Preparation, maintenance, and reporting of technical detail for application installations/projects.
• Support the development of an applications database for Brigade products.
• Provide technical information and support in the preparation of quotes/tender documentation, business development, and initial fittings.
• Support BDM’s technically in quote support and business development and initial fittings
• Lead training programs for internal and external customers
