The role:
You should be able to communicate quickly, manage expectations and settle issues for new and existing customers.
The ability to acknowledge complex customer requirements and then deal with them accordingly resulting in a successful sale to a customer.
You will be responsible for leading technical presentations and training sessions tailored to their audience which showcases my clients product features and benefits.
Essential Skills:
BSc of 2:1 or above in a related field. Bonus if graduated from a Russel Group university
Great knowledge of CRMs and tools to track and manage potential sales
Some exposure of Electronic Technologies and Testing Methodologies
Outstanding communication skills with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members
Exceptional written and verbal communication reflecting my clients way of doing business
