Deputy Home Manager – Russell House
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £30778.46 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Location – South Buckinghamshire, near M25

Russell House is a service for twenty remarkable adults with additional support needs including autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy. We are proud that the service is rated Good in all domains by CQC. Our goal is for people to lead a life that is truly their own where you will play a key role for people to live out their aspirations and dreams.
As the Deputy Manager you will play a key role within the service to ensure the best possible person-centred care is delivered. You will work closely with and provide support to the Registered Manager, ensuring high standards and professional practice and that the service is CQC compliant. You’ll promote an enabling environment, whilst ensuring compliance with quality and external regulatory standards are met at all times. Through your enthusiasm and passion, you will maintain good relationships with all our stakeholders and lead people to lead the best life possible that are affected by epilepsy. You will participate in an on-call system as a senior point of call on rotation and deputise for the Registered Manager
