£28,740 per annum Huntingdon We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to work at Kimbolton, PE28 0EA based in a stunning independent school which feeds 1,000 people per day.The school offers the most amazing facilities for students, staff, and parents all the year round. The buildings are used on a regular basis for afternoon teas, weddings, functions and many school events throughout the year. This role is a 52 week contrqact & involves working a 5 over 7 shift pattern. The role includes 6.4 weeks holiday, free parking, free meals, healthcare, pension, the opportunity to earn overtime & more! Due to the location a driving license is essential. You will be... An expeirenced Deputy General Manager/Manager who is able to manage the day-to-day budget with the GM, assisting in the very busy service timesInvolved in the day-to-day operation and helping to maintain the standard within this great school and contract catering business
Training staff, moiitoring health & safety
Able to manage all aspects of the catering operation with the GM's support
