This is an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated Apprentice to join an established provider of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC Maintenance services who understand early careers are vital to both their business and the industry.
The Maintenance Provider is currently looking for an ambitious and driven Apprentice to work alongside a Multi Skilled Engineer, whilst also being on day release at college to gain their full qualifications. Undertaking electrical or mechanically biased qualifications, the Apprentice will learn on the job and be given all the opportunities to give themselves a strong foundation to grow within the maintenance industry.
The family run company delivers Electrical, Mechanical, Heating & ventilation services to a variety of sites including covering sites such as Commercial Offices, Retail and Schools. The role will require a driving license, with the successful candidate assisting with the planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of properties within London and the M25.

Duties
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- General Building Services / Fabric tasks
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) maintenance and repairs
- Compliance PPM’s
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- Water treatment
- Filters
- Belts
- General building services fabric maintenance
- Driving License
- A desire to be qualified to in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Ambitious and career driven
- Polite and personable
- Qualifications paid for (day release college)
