Worcester Head Office - Hybrid role 3 days per week in the office once fully trained You will be ensuring full compliance and delivery for all publisher’s supply management briefs, providing the interface for named publisher or supply management activity. Link in with the Publisher account teams to provide analysis of data and focused account development. 1 for supply management performance Achieve and review performance to publisher/retail targets. Deliver compliance to the agreed contractual KPI (key performance indicator targets) We are looking for someone that has a willingness to learn and would welcome candidates from a work experience/apprenticeship level and above. Knowledge/experience within customer service/ administration/ coordination/ data management. Experience/working knowledge of MS office. Ability to build relationships within the immediate and wider teams. Positive and flexible attitude to change.
