Job Opportunities: Architect / Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician
VOOR Architectural Design Ltd is a dedicated and experienced team committed to delivering high-quality projects the commercial and residential sectors. Our projects encompass works such as new build factories for some of your favourite foods or bespoke high-end barn conversions.
Role Overview:
•\tCollaborate with and support fellow members of the technical team.
•\tProduce planning and construction drawings.
•\tProduce supporting documentation for planning applications.
•\tPrepare Building Regulation compliance drawings and supporting information.
•\tCommunicate, liaise, and organise clients and contractors.
•\tFoster collaborative work environment.
Desired Skills:
•\tProficiency in AutoCAD.
•\tFull, clean drivers’ licence.
•\tMust be located in the UK with the right to work.
•\tStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
•\tExperience with JCT contracts is beneficial but not required.
•\tPreferable experience with 3D software/modelling/Rendering packages such as Revit, SketchUp, and Twin Motion.
•\tGood written and oral communication skills.
•\tUnderstanding of Building Regulations & NHBC or equivalent Standards.
•\tTeam player with a proactive attitude, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
•\tWillingness to learn, adapt, and engage in various tasks.
•\tIdeally qualified to degree level or above, though not essential.

•\tType: Full-time, Permanent
•\tArchitect Salary: £20,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year.
•\tTechnologist Salary: £20,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year.
•\tTechnician Salary: £20,000.00 - £36,000.00 per year.
•\tSalaries and benefits are negotiable depending on experience.
