Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team in the design and execution of prestigious residential and hospitality projects.
- Engage in all design phases, from concept development to technical design and construction documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with consultant teams, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare thorough planning documents, detailed designs, and technical specifications, alongside tender and construction documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and commitment to design excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of proven UK experience in architecture, particularly within the residential and/or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in design and presentation, capable of bringing creative ideas to fruition.
- Proficient in the preparation of concept designs, technical details, and construction information.
- Skilled in selecting and specifying high-quality materials, products, and finishes.
- Practical site experience and familiarity with the construction supply chain.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
