CTR Construction are looking for an experienced Project Manager for an Architectural Metalwork Contractor based in Maidstone. Location:Maidstone, Kent Contract type:Permanent Job Title:Project Manager Salary:£50,000 to £65,000 + Package The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage 5 to 6 projects across London and Kent ranging from £1.5 million to £5 million. With our clients Head Office being based in Maidstone, they would require you to work a minimum of 2 days from the office with the rest either WFH or site. As Project Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Providing technical support and advice when required
• Running the day to day duties on site
• Daily briefings
• Risk assessments
• Managing all H&S measures
• Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports

About You You will a minimum of 5 years experience working within the Metalwork sector, ideally balconies etc. They will also require you to hold a full UK Driving Licence.
