Job Description
We are a fast-growing architectural firm looking to expand our workforce. We are seeking staff with 1-3 years experience and will consider Part One Assistants, Part Two Assistants and Architectural Technicians. We are looking for motivated and talented technical staff to join our team. We specialise in predominantly residential projects and are looking for individuals who possess strong technical capabilities and can demonstrate their technical drawing skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical drawings using Revit for residential projects.
Work closely with Architects and Project Managers to ensure project deliverables meet design intent and quality standards.
Produce construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors as needed.
Attend site meetings and assist with site inspections.
Assist with project administration and management tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in an architectural role.
Proficient in Revit.
Strong technical drawing skills.
Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
