Job Title: Architectural Technician (Design & Build)
Location: Bristol Area
Salary: £25,000 – £33,000 DOE
Are you a balanced, allrounder Designer/Technician looking for a new opportunity working on residential projects? Due to some exciting new projects our client is expanding its Bristol based Design and Build team and wants to meet you!
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of UK-based experience working on residential or mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders. A keen interest in Architectural design and experience in the production of Stage 0-3 planning drawings, sketches and schematics are essential along with Large scale construction detailing and production of working drawings from Stage 3-6. A high proficiency in Revit is required for this position.
Key Duties:
- Working with the wider team, this person will manage delegated projects producing Stage 0-3 planning drawings, sketches, schematics
- Overseeing project timescales and maintaining client contact and updates.
- The role offers the opportunity to develop and gain wider experience and knowledge, with genuine opportunity to progress within the Design and Build team.
